1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EduTracks's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are a parent or guardian registering on behalf of a minor, you agree to these terms on their behalf and accept responsibility for their use of the platform. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

EduTracks provides online educational services for students in Grades 1-8, including live tutoring sessions, progress tracking, weekly reports, and a parent dashboard. Our subjects include Quran Studies, English, Mathematics, Science, and Urdu. All services are delivered by qualified teachers through our secure online platform.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Prices are displayed on our Pricing page and may be updated with 30 days notice. We accept major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial subscription or if we fail to deliver promised services. Sibling discounts (10% for second child, 15% for third+) are applied automatically.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers - if you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused sessions after the 7-day period.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our platform only for lawful educational purposes. Prohibited activities include: sharing account credentials, recording sessions without consent, harassing teachers or other users, attempting to access unauthorized areas of the platform, uploading malicious content, and any activity that disrupts our services or violates applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the EduTracks platform, including curriculum materials, videos, assessments, and reports, is owned by EduTracks or its licensors and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Students may use materials for personal educational purposes only.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and your child's data. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. We comply with COPPA and other applicable privacy regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

EduTracks provides educational services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that you may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.
